- Driver Go primarily provides digital and on-demand driver services. Hence, there are no physical shipments involved for most of our offerings.
- Once your booking or service request is confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgment message via SMS or email containing all relevant details.
- Driver allocation and delivery timelines may vary based on availability and location.
- All digital confirmations and receipts will be sent to the registered mobile number and/or email address.
2. Physical Deliveries (if applicable)
- For cases where Driver Go provides physical materials (such as promotional kits or merchandise), deliveries will be made through reputed courier partners.
- Delivery time usually ranges between 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
- Tracking details (if applicable) will be shared via email once the shipment is dispatched.
3. Delays and Exceptions
- Delivery times may vary during holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, logistics delays, or government restrictions).
- Driver Go will not be held liable for any delays caused by third-party courier services or inaccurate address details provided by the customer.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is generally free for digital services.
- For any physical products, applicable shipping fees will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase or order confirmation.
5. Confirmation and Proof of Delivery
For driver bookings or digital services, confirmation is provided electronically and acts as proof of delivery. In case of physical shipments, proof of delivery will be obtained through our courier partners’ systems.
